As a mommy of two busy boys running a home business, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed at times...
...and to wish I can just go and pee alone or fantasise about hiding in the cupboard just to get some 'me' time.
This is where my search for 'mental space' and freedom started, until I found a creative outlet that A) doesn't take a lot of time and B) helps me stay sane - oops I mean positive ;-)
