After moving to Jeffreys Bay in 2020, I created the Frazzled to Freedom journey, but because my boys were small, I took off my coaching hat and settled into being a mommy :)

Four years later, I'm in a different space and putting my coaching hat back on again.

We'll start your Frazzled to Freedom journey with a one-on-one kick-off call with me to help you get clear on what to focus on over the 8 weeks we spend together.

The next group of Frazzled to Freedom officially starts on the 14th of January 2025, and will continue for 8 weeks into March 2025. The call replays will be available if you miss a session. We may extend it for another week or two if needed to make sure everyone gets what they need from the program.

The investment is R3777 ($277) for this first intake and there is a 2-payment option as well.
