You're often busy thinking negative thoughts about yourself throughout the day, without realizing it! Discover how to replace them with good ones and like what you see when you look in the mirror, by watching these five videos.

Why making daily creative 'me' time is the key to replacing limiting self-beliefs with truth.

How your current decision making system is broken and how to make better decisions 95% of the time.

The one simple thing you can do to replace limiting self-beliefs with freedom-releasing truth bombs.

Remember the movie called "50 First Dates" with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore?

Yes, I know it's 15 years old but stay with me!

Henry falls in love with Lucy despite the fact that her short term memory resets itself every morning.

She can't remember what happened the day before.

Every day he needs to impress her again and lead her to their (her) "first date".

>>>SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED IT!!!<<<

Amazingly they get married and start a family... but how did he manage to help her "remember" them..?

They made her a video!! And she needs to watch it every morning for this to work.

No, I don't have memory loss the way Lucy had. I don't have to be reminded who my hubby and boys are.

But... I realized one day that I do forget what is most important.

Deserted dreams. Forgotten goals. Heart's desires...

They were quietly forgotten like a secret birthday candle wish that only I knew about...

...that I wasn't allowed to say out loud because what if I "jinxed" it?

I wanted to find that part of myself again, but after giving up so much I found myself staring at an empty void.

What are my dreams? My goals? What does my heart long for?

I reconnected with a time when I was passionate about a dream and had an impossible goal:

Pulling off my dream wedding with VERY minimal resources.

I made a wedding planning journal.

It was filled with more than stuck-in images of dresses and cakes ;)

It was filled with dreams, desires, imagination, excitement!

When I paged through it I connected with the emotions that was stirred in me.

It was a visual reminder of what I wanted. And I pulled it off!!

Thinking back on that journal made me start a new one.

But THIS time I used it to express both large audacious goals, AND everyday mommy victories.

By making them visual and reminding myself of them every time I paged through my journal...

(Just like Lucy had to watch that video every day to remind her of what's important)

...I started changing habits that actually "stuck" and pulled off one of my biggest goals:

Living a street away from the beach!

I started teaching other women to art journal - like me - and get results in different life domains.

It worked for them as well!

In Frazzled to Freedom I show women just like you how to use my art journal method to get mindset breakthroughs.

I made 5 short videos that explains how to do this on your own.

And... it's free!

As a mommy of two busy boys running a home business, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed at times...

...and to wish I can just go and pee alone or fantasize about hiding in the cupboard just to get some 'me' time.

This is where my search for 'mental space' and freedom started, and I found a way to have a creative outlet that a) doesn't take a lot of time and b) helps me stay sane - oops, I mean, positive ;-)

Helping ladies rediscover who they really are and what they really want brings me tremendous joy!

The creative approach I stumbled upon seems so simple, yet the results are truly profound. Best of all... anyone can do it!

Discover the key to unlock freedom from self-limiting beliefs as I share this simple approach with you.
